Summer Is Over!!!!

Hershey Park
Yay! I rode my first roller coaster with Sarah when we went to Hershey Park! It was totally EPIC!!!!!!!!
Kool--aid hair
Well this will make for a great story. Yesterday night i saw this video on youtube where you can dye your hair with kool-aid. I thought to myself "hmmm, maybe i can try that" so i went downstairs and got two packs of red kool-aid. I mixed it in a bowl with conditioner and water (like the video said) and my sister applied it on my hair with a big ol' paintbrush. It said to rap it in foil but we were too stupid to know how so we just pinned it back with some clips. Of course i had to have WHITE bed sheets with dye in my hair so let's just say my bed sheets are not white anymore. About an hour and a half later we washed the sticky goo out of my hair and the pink kinda showed up. I actually liked it. But then i went to the pool today and it all came out.

My House Is A Zoo
The title says it all folks! I have a dog named Ginger, two cats named Mina and Lucy, a guinea pig named Chuckles, and a frog named Jumpy. Ginger and the cats are females and Chuckles and Jumpy are males.
Let's start with Ginger. She's a little over 1 year old. Her birthday is on Halloween. Ginger is all light brown with a little white diamond on her chest. She LOVES to chew on stuff. One time she even chewed up a flashlight and even ate some of the parts while we were out of the house. I still have no idea where she got it from.
Now there's Mina or should I say the queen. She rules the entire house. Mina is a brown tabby on the plump side. She is 10 pounds because she hogs up all the cat food. Whenever I'm about to go to sleep, she jumps in the bed and sits in the middle so i can't lie down. I always try to pick her up and put her outside in the hallway but she refuses. So I get in and i have to scrunch up my legs real tight. And sometimes in the middle of the night i accidentally spread my legs out and she attacks them like it's food or something. Mina is such a diva but i still love her.
Then there's Lucy. I feel bad for her because Mina always chases her so she has to hide in the basement all day. Lucy is very skinny because she hardly eats due to Mina eating all HER food. She is VERY VERY shy. Most of the time Lucy won't even let me pet her let alone pick her up. She is closest to my grandma because my grandma is always in the basement doing bills and such so her and Lucy see a lot of each other.
Chuckles is VERY noisy. He eats hay ALL day except when me and my sister are playing with him. His oinks are soooooo cute but they sometimes can be annoying. Chuckles is very fat due to eating all day. But who can resist a cute little oinking guinea pig?
Last but not least is Jumpy, the little frog. We got him from North Carolina last year. At first we thought he was a girl because it had pink rocks inside but then we asked the person who was selling them and she said it was a boy. He started jumping a lot so I decided to call him Jumpy.

My Life
Hey! My name is Kalani and i'm 11 years old. I live in Virginia. I live in a town house with my mom, my sister, and my grandparents. If you see inside my house, you would DEFINITELY call it a zoo. I have a dog, 2 cats, a guinea pig, and a frog. (i'll post another blog so you can read all about them) It's summer right now (woohoo!) and my days are filled with hanging out with my sister and my best friend in the whole entire world, Sarah. (you can read Sarah's blog at unigust-sme.blogspot.com) Sue (my sister) is going away to Europe in less than a week for a band trip (cuz she's in marching band AND wind symphony) so i guess i'll be spending almost everyday with Sarah. (which i already do) Tomorrow Sarah and I are going to Hershey Park!!!! (yay!) I've never ridden a real roller coaster before and neither have Sarah. We were going to go on one at Six Flags but i chickened out. I'm going to tell Sarah to drag me on a roller coaster tomorrow if she has to. Me and Sarah are like the perfect two. We will always stick together no matter what. She is the perfect friend and sister and i know we will have much greater adventures in the future!
